The Selling Process

Navigating the complex selling process can be overwhelming. With intimate knowledge of the local market, we can help you find a suitable buyer in a timely manner.

Market Appraisal

We start by visiting you and providing a FREE no obligation market appraisal. During the appointment we will discuss your requirements and give you our honest opinion on what we feel your property is worth and how to present it to achieve the best possible price.

We will then confirm the valuation in writing to you so you can have a think and discuss your options with family and friends. If we have agreed to do so, we will follow up on our appointment with you by phone or email at a time to suit you.

At this stage, you are welcome to ask any additional questions or let us know if you want to move forward with a sale.

Presentation

If you are happy with the valuation we have provided and would like to move forward, we will arrange a suitable day and time to come and take show-stopping photos and videos. This also includes drone footage, measurements and preparation of the floor-plan.

Before the visit, we will send you helpful hints and tips on how to present your property so we can showcase it in the very best light. Once your sales particulars are prepared, we will send you a copy for approval. This ensures you are happy with everything before we start marketing.

Marketing

We believe in a combination of modern and traditional marketing. Our team are the best in the business, which means your property will be marketed on as many channels as possible, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. 

You will have essential exposure on popular sites such as rightmove.co.uk and onthemarket.com as well as our very own website. Going back to basics, we will also use a traditional mailing list of house-hunting clients to call and email about your property. 

Our office is based in the heart of Hollywood on Drakes Cross Parade, with a window display to proudly showcase your property to passers-by. Please feel free to pop in for a chat anytime, give us a call or drop us an email to discuss your property requirements.

Viewings

Viewings can be conducted in any way you choose. We love to carry them out for you so that we can get a real feeling of the prospective buyer’s thoughts and will happily make this work around your schedule. However, if you prefer to carry out the viewings yourself, we will assist you any way we can.

We follow up all viewings and aim to provide you with feedback within 24-48 hours. We never shy away from negative feedback and have a knack for putting a positive spin on things, helping you use constructive criticism to make positive changes to your property.

Communication & Customer Service

Communication is key, especially when it comes to buying and selling a property. We believe it also opens the door to the best possible price for your home, which is why we contact you on a weekly basis with updates and feedback.
